Arcis Golf seeks an Assistant Golf Professional at Gentle Creek Country Club in Prosper, TX to support daily golf operations and elevate the guest experience. You will help manage tournament and instructional programs, oversee service quality, and ensure smooth course operations for members and guests.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and customer service, with opportunities for growth and involvement across the Arcis portfolio. Strong golf operations background preferred.

Qualifications

Must have strong communication and people skills.
Customer service experience is essential.
Experience in golf operations and instruction is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of the golf operation with Head Golf Professional.
Track players, guests, golf cars, and charges; ensure proper controls.
Monitor reservation system and pace of play; manage tournaments and instruction programs.
Assist in training and supervising golf operations staff to meet objectives.
