The TwinEagles Club, Inc. in Naples, FL seeks an Assistant Superintendent to support the Golf Course Superintendent and Director of Agronomy with daily, weekly, and annual maintenance operations.

You will lead staff, manage budgets, and participate in agronomy projects to uphold Best Management Practices. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, safety oversight, record keeping, and collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors on projects.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience supervising golf course maintenance staff.
• Willingness to pursue continuing education in golf course maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality leadership and supervision of golf course maintenance employees.
• Plan and supervise daily, weekly, seasonal and annual tasks and projects.
• Ensure Golf Course Services and Set Up tasks are organized and executed daily.
• Maintain records, prepare monthly reports, and communicate with club representatives.
• Assist with agronomic planning, budgeting, and implementation of BMPs.
• Oversee fertilizer and chemical application, inventory, safety, and staff education.
• Manage department assets, equipment, and facilities.
