Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1–3 years of relevant coaching experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists with player development related to technique, skill instruction, and strategy.
• Assists with evaluation and recruitment of student-athletes.
• Evaluates performance, conduct, and abilities as assigned by the Director of Golf.
• Assists in program planning, contest preparation, practice sessions, and game-day activities.
• Monitors areas such as strength and conditioning, recruitment, academic support, equipment, budgeting, and fundraising.
• Participates in public relations and marketing initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
