Cafe Zupas is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Sandy, UT to lead daily restaurant operations, develop a high-performing team, and deliver a positive guest experience. The role offers a consistent five-day set schedule with two fixed days off, a quarterly bonus plan, robust benefits, and a defined career path including six raises toward General Manager.

No Sundays. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of leadership in hospitality or retail, a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Restaurant

• Available to work a five day set schedule.
