You will drive sales through fast, friendly service, handle cash on shift, manage inventory and lead a team committed to our core values and daily improvements.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service.
• 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to meet physical requirements (lift up to 50 lbs, stand 4–8 hrs).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with GM to run the store and develop future leaders.
• Hit sales goals through speed and quality service.
• Lead problem resolution with calm professionalism.
• Manage cash handling and store funds on shift.
• Oversee orders, inventory, waste control and rotation.
