Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in wrestling as a coach or athlete preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with middle school students.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Must pass background check per district policy.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Coach in organizing daily practices.
• Assist with teaching wrestling fundamentals and techniques.
• Supervise athletes during practices and matches.
• Communicate effectively with athletes and parents.
