Responsibilities

• Support strength and speed training, fundraising, equipment organization, and record-keeping.
• Organize program levels and areas of responsibility and plan practices with the head coach.
• Communicate with head coach/AD to secure facilities and ensure safe practice environments.
• Comply with district IHSA requirements including physicals, conduct codes, and eligibility.
• Attend practices and games, supervise transportation, and maintain end-of-season records.
