Ruidoso Municipal Schools is seeking an Assistant Girls’ Basketball Coach for RMS (8th) to support the head coach and promote student-athlete development. Immediate start for the 2026-2027 school year with a part-time schedule.

The role requires NM coaching licensure eligibility, a NMAA coaching certificate, and strong communication with students, staff, and parents; CDL is a plus, with a cooperative, flexible team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• NM Coaching Licensure or eligibility.
• NMAA Coaching Certificate required or eligibility.
• Willingness to work in a cooperative working environment.
• Strong reading, written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Preference given to certified staff.
• CDL preferred or willingness to obtain CDL.
