Stillwater Area Public Schools is seeking an Assistant Girls Basketball Coach for Stillwater Area High School. The role focuses on organizing and implementing a program to develop fundamental basketball skills and teamwork.

The coach will handle daily coaching duties, plan practices, manage schedules, and assist with games and clinics under the direction of the Activities Director and Building Principal. The position runs for 18 weeks and requires adherence to the District #834 Code of Ethics

Qualifications

• Successful experience as an assistant or head basketball coach preferred.
• Participation in high school and/or college basketball.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily coaching duties, practice plans including practice schedules, games and clinics.
• All other coaching duties as assigned by the athletic director and principal and basketball coach.
• Follow District #834 Code of Ethics for Coaches.
