Responsibilities

• Ensure all athletes are supervised at all times.
• Attend annual coaches meeting to review school policies.
• Organize a meeting with parents to discuss policies and expectations before the first contest.
• Assist with completing and returning physical forms and concussion paperwork.
• Help prepare equipment and issue uniforms under the head coach.
• Ensure training rules and eligibility are enforced and violations reported.
• Help organize home events and prepare facilities for use.
• Maintain consent for medical treatment forms for all practices and contests.
• Supervise locker rooms, showers and training rooms; secure facilities after events.
• Attend all practice sessions and games or be available for scouting.
• Report injuries to head coach and athletic trainer; assist with accident forms.
