• Cooperates with building principal and athletic director.
• Develops rapport with coaching staff and organizes staff.
• Develops quality instruction and routines for practice sessions.
• Teaches fundamental skills and handles athletic injuries.
• Supervises participants, manages budget, and follows WVSSAC policies.
• Ensures proper conduct during practices and games and attends league meetings.
• Completes required WVSSAC Training and Kanawha Co. staff development modules.
