Randolph Public School District is seeking an Assistant Girls Basketball Coach to lead student-athletes in academics and athletics within the Randolph High School athletic program.

Position is after school/evening, with a $3,708 stipend. Duties include supporting summer workouts, attending staff meetings, and maintaining required certifications while fostering positive mentorship and community relations. Start date is Nov 30, 2026.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with students.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsabilités

• Lead character development opportunities with team, such as community service and team building events.
• Attend and assist in running summer workouts

• Maintain MIAA, First Aid, and CPR certifications.
• Effectively communicate and work with students, administrators, staff, parents, and the community.
• Have a thorough knowledge of the athletic policy at Randolph High School, MIAA rules and regulations.
• Be a positive role model and motivator, exhibit qualities of leadership and organizational ability.
• Communicate with athletic trainers concerning injuries and student playing status.
