Qualifications

• Leadership experience in any form.
• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Run daily center operations in the General Manager’s absence.
• Make moment-to-moment decisions to allocate time and resources to projects.
• Manage and assign team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Perform miscellaneous duties such as hitch installation and related tasks.
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.
