Job summary

CRISP & GREEN is seeking a super talented Assistant General Manager to add to our team in Maple Grove, MN. You will lead day-to-day operations to create an exceptional guest experience and mentor the #CRISPCrew, being the face of our brand and the glue that holds the team together.

As AGM you will master both FOH and BOH operations while driving our people culture and growth from within, with a focus on developing future leaders for CRISP & GREEN in a fast-paced, health-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years previous management/supervisory experience.
• 3 years customer service experience.
• Passion for living a healthy life.
• Able to lift 50lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time and work in fast-paced environment.
• Full-time availability with a flexible schedule.
• Able to work at least 50 hours per week.
• Preferred: Management experience in the restaurant industry.
• Preferred: Reliable transportation.
• Preferred: Strong organizational skills.

• Create an excellent guest experience through extreme attention to detail.
• Connect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional manner.
• Effectively communicate with restaurant team regarding changes to menu, policies, team member benefits, and more.
• Control labor costs by writing and executing an effective schedule.
• Understand how to build on restaurant sales through execution of company marketing tactics and promotional programs.
