The Wendy’s franchise at Sinkula Investments Ltd. Co. in Northern Kentucky is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to support daily operations, lead a team, and ensure guest satisfaction.

This role offers a 48-hour work week with a competitive $50K-57K annual salary and a monthly bonus program. Responsibilities include assisting the General Manager, coaching staff, enforcing standards, and delivering top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in QSR or fast-casual management.
• Proven track record of leading, managing, and motivating teams.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work a 48-hour week (including nights, weekends, some holidays).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Great personality with a genuine desire to serve guests and a positive attitude.
