Wendy’s — Sinkula Investments (Franchise Location) in Cold Spring, KY is seeking a full-time restaurant manager to support the General Manager and ensure smooth restaurant operations in a fast-paced setting.

You will lead and coach team members, enforce standards, and drive guest satisfaction. This role requires a 48-hour week with nights and weekends, plus a monthly bonus program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in QSR or fast-casual management.
• Proven track record of leading, managing, and motivating teams.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work a 48-hour week (including nights, weekends, some holidays).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• A great personality, genuine desire to serve guests, and an upbeat, engaging attitude.

• Supporting the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
• Solving guest concerns quickly—and always with a smile
