Cafe Zupas is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Las Vegas to lead daily operations both front and back of house. The role offers a defined career path with six raises toward a General Manager and features a quarterly bonus plan along with 401K benefits.

The position emphasizes work-life balance with two fixed days off weekly, no Sundays, and a set schedule. The team focuses on real, whole-food menus and a positive, energetic work culture that values guest relations.
