Job summary

Riser Fitness, operating the Club Pilates franchise, is hiring an Assistant General Manager for our Colorado Springs studio. You will drive memberships, train Sales Associates, and lead daily front-desk and sales activities to help members on their fitness journeys.

Qualifications

• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates in transactions.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment.
• Highly organized with data management and deadline focus.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.

Responsibilities

• Execute lead generation via Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes.
• Drive and increase membership and retail sales through customer service.
• Problem-solve staffing and scheduling issues with instructors and personnel.
• Ensure studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts.
• Train and support Sales Associates.
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service.
• Collect outstanding dues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio.
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures and lead by example.
• Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature are stocked and visible.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Assist with marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, including at-will employment.
• Other duties as assigned.
