Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking an Assistant General Manager as part of Store Operations. The role reports to the General Manager and supports regional operations, with direct oversight of CSRs, delivery staff, and associates at the store level.

You will drive sales, ensure quality and safety standards, and mentor team members while building strong community relationships. This is a non-exempt, full-time position with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possess reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as manager-on-duty and second in command to General Manager.
• Partner in with General Manager to assist with recruitment, new Team Member training and scheduling.
• Uphold brand standards and company policies.
• Provide consistently high quality product and service to customers.
• Maximize sales and profit by meeting food and labor goals.
• Ensure health, safety and cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Foster productive and professional Team Member relationships.
• Build relationships with customers and community.
