Job summary

Milk & Honey by Thompson Restaurants is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and oversee both kitchen and front‑of‑house teams. You will mentor staff, uphold service excellence, and drive profitability while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

You will report to senior leadership and play a pivotal role in delivering an extraordinary dining experience across busy shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts
• Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40–50 pounds
• Tolerance for exposure to heat, steam, noise, and kitchen equipment
• Ability to operate standard restaurant equipment safely
• Quick response to operational needs and emergency situations
