Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Marion, IN is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and run the playbook each shift. You’ll lead front of house, back of house, bar, or takeout to ensure great food, service, and vibes for every guest.

You’ll drive operational excellence, develop the team, and deliver fast, accurate service with energy. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of leadership experience are preferred, with growth opportunities and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years restaurant or retail management experience preferred.
• Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and inspire Team Members to deliver top-tier service.

QualificationsKnowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Candidates must be highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven with strongorganizational skills, attention to detail and professional written and verbal communicationskills.
• Possess ability and desire to create a fun, exciting environment for both guests and TeamMembers alike.
• Skilled with basic mathematical computations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast paced workenvironment.
• Maintain confidential information, adhere to and enforce company policies, programs, andcompliance issues.
• Qualified candidates bring a minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience, andexperience managing a restaurant with a full bar is preferred.
• This role requires the completion of a high school education or equivalent, a valid driver'slicense to travel between units, a satisfactory background check, and the ability to lift 50 poundsregularly.
• Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program
• Has successfully managed each department, Greeter/Cashier, Hospitality, Bar and HOH for aminimum of three periods each.
