Job summary

Cafe Zupas is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Utah with no Sundays, a structured quarterly bonus plan, and a 401K. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, develop the team, and deliver the warm hospitality our guests expect in a fast, fresh concept.

This role features a defined career path with multiple raises toward General Manager, plus full benefits including 401K and medical, dental, and vision insurance. A supportive culture emphasizes teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Restaurant management is a plus.
• Available to work a five day set schedule.
• Experience mentoring a team.
• Detail-oriented, growth minded, and a self-starter.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and genuine.
• Learns quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant (front or back of house).
• Develop team members by providing direction and feedback.
