Job summary

Jamba Hawaii is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our Ohana on the islands of Hawaii. As AGM, you’ll lead daily operations, drive sales, and inspire your team to deliver consistent, high‑quality food, friendly service, and a clean, safe store environment.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership to uphold standards, manage shifts, schedule flexibly, and develop staff through hands‑on coaching. Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in food/retail and comfort with POS systems

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Minimum 6 months as a Jamba Shift Manager or 1–2 years supervisory experience in food/retail
• Experience supervising line staff and management
• TB clearance within 12 months prior to start date
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft + POS)
• Cash handling and customer service experience required
• Food handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
• High school diploma or equivalent; tech-savvy with smartphones/tablets and POS systems
• General knowledge of food industry or nutrition terms is a plus

Responsibilities

• As AGM, lead daily operations and drive store sales growth while maintaining quality and safety.
• Provide outstanding guest experiences and ensure cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Coach and guide team members; execute directions from higher management with aloha spirit.
• Manage scheduling, training, and shift coverage to support busy periods.
