The role offers opportunities to learn core management skills, supervise shifts, coach staff, and drive performance in a fast-paced quick-service environment. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in quick service or similar operations.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule and dependable attendance.
• Basic food safety knowledge and practice.
• Ability to lift/push objects over 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of non-management staff and shifts supervisors.
• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, and communicate objectives.
• Oversee cash handling and daily reports to company standards.
• Maintain brand standards and store appearance.
• Resolve customer issues and build long-term relationships.
• Ensure policies are followed and inventory accuracy.
