Job summary

JEM Restaurant Group, the Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations at locations in Georgia and South Carolina. The AGM will support the Restaurant General Manager by directing team members, managing guest experiences, and ensuring health and safety standards.

The role offers a salary of $50,000–$60,000 per year, plus health insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and relocation assistance for moves into our markets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth shift execution and maintain compliance with all health and safety standards.
• Manage labor and food costs to support strong financial performance.
• Hire, train, mentor, and schedule team members.
• Resolve guest concerns and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Serve as the RGM’s right‑hand leader and step in when they’re away.
