Job summary

A&R Hospitality is seeking a proactive Hotel Assistant General Manager for the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Foley, AL. You will act as the GM's right hand, overseeing Front Desk, Housekeeping, Reservations, Guest Services, Security, and Maintenance to drive guest satisfaction and revenue.

You'll coach multi-department teams, ensure SOP adherence, and lead operational excellence with a focus on guest experience, staff development, and brand standards in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and multi-department coordination abilities.
• Experience in hotel budgeting and labor management.
• Proven excellence in guest service and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily hotel operations across Front Desk, Housekeeping, Reservations, and Guest Services.
• Coach supervisors and train staff to improve accountability and performance.
• Partner with General Manager on staffing, scheduling, and cost-control initiatives.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure safety and compliance across departments.
