You will manage service standards, budgeting, promotions, and safety while collaborating with culinary staff on menu items and events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and developing a diverse team.
• Commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences and ability to handle customer feedback positively.
• Good understanding of restaurant financials, budgeting, and cost control measures.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for guest and team engagement.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
