Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to keep the salon on track, coach the team, and ensure every client interaction shines. You’ll drive sales, maintain high standards, and support operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will lead by example, deliver training and feedback, manage scheduling, inventory, and client experience, and help develop promotions using sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
