In this role, you’ll work closely with a n experienced Certified Trainer to:

• Learn the fundamentals of daily operation s, f rom opening and closing routines to quality, safety, and maintaining a smooth site flow.

• Strengthen team development, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Support staffing, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Learn basic functional and mechanical skills that will help you maintain your facility and meet customer’squality expectations.
• This accelerated development program equips you to step into the Assistant General Manager role —your launchpad toward ultimately leading your own location as a General Manager.

You are a great fit for the Assistant General Manager in Training position if you:

• Bring proven leadership experience — at least 1 year leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer facing environment.
• Understand high-volume retail or service operations, including how to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
