Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's in restaurant/hospitality preferred.
• 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong written and verbal communication; guest engagement focused.
• Commitment to guest service and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Create unforgettable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations.
• Lead a high-energy, service-oriented team and model Vandelay standards.
• Interview, hire, train, and onboard new team members.
• Schedule staff and manage weekly rosters with the General Manager.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee administrative tasks and ensure timely reporting.
