Eureka! is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager in Santa Barbara, CA to support daily restaurant operations, drive sales, and nurture a high-performing team.

This role emphasizes hospitality, energy, and community as we grow and empower staff to deliver unforgettable dining experiences. The AGM will partner with the GM to lead both FOH and BOH teams, manage labor, and contribute to local marketing and guest engagement initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• At least 21 years of age.
• TIPs Certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Experience recruiting, training, coaching, and counseling team members.
• Ability to contribute to strategic restaurant operations and action plans.

Aufgaben

• Support the GM in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction while upholding hospitality standards.
• Lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams to achieve service excellence.
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and staffing to align with sales goals.
• Participate in local marketing, community engagement, and initiatives.
• Step in as acting GM when needed to ensure leadership continuity.
