You will coach the team, set standards, and model fast, friendly service in a high-volume restaurant. This role requires long or irregular shifts, strong leadership, and the ability to manage scheduling, training, and performance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in management or customer service in fast food.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are required.
• Ability to coach and develop a team in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive guest satisfaction by coaching staff and ensuring prompt issue resolution.
• Assist RGM with scheduling and staffing to meet customer demand.
• Develop Team Members through training and performance coaching.
• Lead store operations in the RGM’s absence and ensure policy compliance.
