Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience as an Assistant General Manager.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Business preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees hotel operations under the direction of the General Manager.
• Manages budgets and financial plans; controls expenditure.
• Drives guest satisfaction and brand metrics.
• Ensures compliance with brand standards and licensing laws.
• Recruits, trains, and monitors staff; plans work schedules.
• Addresses customer complaints and ensures events run smoothly.
• Supervises maintenance, vendors, and safety procedures.
• Performs other duties to meet business objectives.
