Job description

Position Responsibilities:
  • The Assistant General Manager will help manage a multi-temperature, tech-driven, customer-focused warehouse and must be willing to relocate for career advancement within Martin Brower.
  • Ensure a safe, compliant, and high-quality working environment for all employees in a 24/7 warehouse.
  • Provide leadership to the Transportation and Warehouse Managers, fostering high employee morale and engagement.
  • Achieve annual performance goals by executing company processes effectively and participating in budget and P&L development.
  • Solve problems promptly to maximize customer satisfaction and contribute to strategic facility initiatives and committees.
  • Present at customer and employee meetings, and champion change to drive facility improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of related experience and 4+ years of management experience, or High School Diploma with 10+ years of specific experience and 5+ years of management experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s Degree.
