McDonald’s in South Bloomfield, OH is seeking an Assistant General Manager. You will lead internal functions like training, food safety, and inventory management; delegate tasks and report results; support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in kitchen, people, and service areas.

You will partner with the team to ensure safe, efficient operations and an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

• HSD or GED preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating and/or developing others or US Military Service.
• Strong customer service and support focus.
• Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace.
• Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs.

Responsabilités
