Ideal candidates should have strong communication and sales skills, along with at least 2 years in customer service and 1 year in a supervisory role. A passion for fitness is encouraged, along with a flexible approach to responsibilities. Compensation ranges from $18 to $20 an hour.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3–4 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong detail orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus.
