Domino's in Prince Frederick, MD is seeking an Assistant Manager to serve as manager-on-duty, partnering with the General Manager on recruitment, training and scheduling in a fast-paced, customer-focused store.

You will uphold brand standards, drive sales and maintain health and safety standards while mentoring team members and building community relationships. This is a pathway to further leadership roles within the Domino's franchise.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate a positive attitude and integrity.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are required.
• You must be 18 years or older and have reliable transportation.
• Experience in training and engaging Team Members is preferred.
• Ability to create and manage team schedules effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as manager-on-duty and second in command to the General Manager.
• Assist with recruitment, new team member training and scheduling.
• Uphold brand standards and company policies.
• Provide high quality product and service to customers.
• Maximize sales and profit by meeting food and labor goals.
• Ensure health, safety and cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Foster productive team member relationships and mentor staff.
• Build relationships with customers and the community.
• Handle cash, reconcile, and generate reports.
• Oversee inventory control and assist with marketing efforts.
