You will oversee 3–7 staff, handle opening/closing duties, and collaborate with the franchisee to drive performance. This role requires a proven leader with a passion for guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean restaurant noticeably cleaner than others.
• Lead a crew of 3 to 7 people.
• Open and close store operations.
• Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience.
• Know how to bake bread and perform prep tasks.
• Create employee schedules and place inventory orders.
• Fill in for Manager in all capacities when needed.
• Lead training and participate in management meetings.
