Oishii is seeking an Assistant General Manager of Farm Operations Production in Phillipsburg, NJ. The role oversees end-to-end farm operations, packaging, facilities, safety, security, and maintenance, reporting to the General Manager and supporting daily operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field with 5+ years in food/CPG operations, automation experience, and a proven track record leading large on-site teams across 24/7

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics or production management within food or consumer goods.
• Proven leadership in a complex operation, including automation and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience running night/weekend operations and managing large teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day operations with P&L ownership for farm, pack, facilities, safety, security, and maintenance.
• Meet KPI targets for safety, production, quality, and cost.
• Provide strategic oversight during night/weekend shifts in the absence of HR/support staff.
• Set goals, monitor progress, and drive results aligned with company objectives.
• Coordinate with R&D, Engineering, Logistics, and other functions to ensure seamless operations.
