The role involves overseeing hotel operations, budgeting, staff leadership, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of AGM experience and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business.

Formación

• Minimum of two years' experience as an Assistant General Manager.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Business preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Manage budgets and financial plans; control expenditure.
• Oversee hotel operations under the General Manager's direction.
• Ensure guest satisfaction to drive brand metrics.
• Maintain compliance with brand standards and licensing laws.
• Recruit, train and monitor staff; plan work schedules.
• Address customer concerns and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure events and conferences run smoothly.
• Supervise maintenance, supplies, and contractor coordination.
