Responsibilities
  • Assist in directing and managing the restaurant's operations, including financial results, safety, security, hospitality, quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, human resource policies, and strategic directives.
  • Ensure guests are served promptly and professionally according to company guidelines.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, development, and supervision of restaurant team members.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Deliver restaurant services efficiently and effectively per company standards.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers and resolve questions and problems promptly.
