U-Haul is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Hyannis, MA to oversee daily center operations in the General Manager’s absence. You will allocate resources, lead staff, and ensure top-notch customer service and a great first impression for customers.

Qualifications

• Driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations of center in General Manager’s absence.
• Make moment-to-moment decisions to allocate time and resources to appropriate projects.
• Manage and assign team members to ensure excellent customer service and first impressions.
• Perform miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches and brake controllers.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
