Job summary

Captain D's Seafood Restaurant is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, including strategic planning, driving sales, staffing, cost control, and standards compliance.

AGMs are responsible for leading teams, developing future leaders, and ensuring exceptional guest service. Training and development programs are offered to sharpen leadership skills for long-term success.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of leadership experience in restaurant/hospitality/retail with proven financial results.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Commitment to quality food and guest service.
• Ability to mentor and train team members.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Involvement/understanding of inventory, labor costs, and financial controls.
• Drive, passion and growth mindset.
• Ability to stay calm and lead under pressure.

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team! As the Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in all aspects of your restaurant's operations. AGMs are accountable for strategic planning, driving sales, staffing, controlling costs, achieving operations standards, leading teams and developing future leaders.
