Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently seeking a remarkable Assistant General Manager for the Outpost Beaver Creek in Lisbon, OH.

Your expertise shapes us:

The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional service to every guest while maximizing hotel profitability. Additionally, the Assistant General Manager will ensure that all hotel operations are performed professionally and adhere to brand and company standards. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Directing and coordinating activities of the front desk, housekeeping, reservations, guest services, security, and maintenance.
  • Maximizing ADR and occupancy rates.
  • Coordinating communication between Sales and Operations departments.
  • Motivating, coaching, and training department supervisors.
  • Understanding financial statements and budgets, including staffing guidelines.
  • Controlling department schedules and expenses, and implementing cost-saving strategies.
  • Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and systems to improve operations.
  • Managing safety programs, including training, reporting, and incentives.
  • Maintaining a positive and cooperative work environment.

You Are:

  • An experienced Assistant General Manager with 2+ years of supervisory hotel operations experience.
  • Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt brands.
  • Knowledgeable in financial statements, budgets, and staffing guidelines.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service as reflected in guest satisfaction scores.
  • Skilled in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and systems to enhance business operations.
  • Committed to property safety programs, including training, reporting, and incentives.
  • Displays initiative, perseverance, and analytical skills.
