Job summary

Taco Bell franchise is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in upholding brand standards and guiding the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will supervise daily operations, train and coach staff, and step in during the GM’s absence to drive results and maintain a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of assistant management experience preferred.
• Experience in food service is a plus.
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are made to standard and guest metrics are followed.
• Support in hiring, training and development of team members.
• Assist in achieving financial goals and analyzing sales and labor.
• Provide feedback on new hire performance to management.
• Maintain equipment, facilities and grounds and perform preventive maintenance.
• Lead in the Restaurant General Manager’s absence and make key decisions.
