MOM in the DMV area is expanding and seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a dedicated team and drive excellence in guest experience. You will mentor staff, partner with leaders, and model mindful leadership to deliver top-quality service and wellness product standards.

The ideal candidate has a track record of success in front-of-house operations, can train employees on key processes, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
