Job summary

Crunch Fitness – Undefeated Tribe in Tyler, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead daily club operations, drive sales, member satisfaction, and facility cleanliness. You will manage a team of Member Service Representatives, Cleaning Attendants, and Kids Attendants, foster a warm, no-judgments environment, and partner with the Managing Partner to meet KPIs and ensure policy compliance.
