Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Assistant General Manager for its Retail division. The role supports the General Manager in leading store personnel, managing inventory and operations to achieve KPIs while delivering exceptional patient experiences.

The position requires prior management and cash handling experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to train a 40+ team. Flexible hours, competitive benefits, and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to uphold confidentiality and discretion.
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work with customers and team members.
• Proven ability to analyze data and inform policies and procedures.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state regulations.
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and changes communicated to employees.
• Coach, training, and development to the team to meet service standards and objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations when on duty.
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners.
• Assist the General Manager in managing labor budget to meet business needs.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

ROLESUMMARY

PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:

• Constantly required to move/traverse throughout entire facility, includingtightspaces
• Accurately communicate and exchange sensitive information and ideas with others, including members of the public;observe/inspect details at varying ranges;operatecomputing devices
• Frequently required to manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights (e.g., products, packaging, tools, office machinery): push/pull objects up to 50lbs; lift/carry/position objects up to 50lbs.; ascend/descend stool/ladder/steps; positionself and/orobjects at floor level (e.g., crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl)
• Must have visual and auditory acuity with or without aids to perform all functions of the position

WORK SCHEDULE

40-45 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
