Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead store operations and teammates in a high-growth environment. You will collaborate with the General Manager to drive service standards, sales results, and brand adherence while guiding staff and managing daily inventory and customer interactions.

You will oversee coaching, training, compliance with state regulations, and a labor-budget plan. This role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to handle escalations

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; uphold confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with state regulations.
• Review and communicate all company SOPs and ensure changes are communicated to employees.
• Coach, train and develop the team to meet company service standards and objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle patient issues and escalations when on duty.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Assist the General Manager in managing labor budget to meet business needs.

ROLESUMMARY

KEYDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to driveservice standards and positive sales results

Review, communicate and ensure compliance withall company SOPsandwork with the general manager and other leaders toassurethat any changes are communicated to employees

WORK SCHEDULE

40-45 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
