Cafe Zupas in Salt Lake City is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations while maintaining our no-Sundays policy and a structured two-day-off weekly schedule. You will develop and coach team members, ensure guest satisfaction, and coordinate shifts to run smooth, well-organized service.

The role offers a defined career path with six raises toward General Manager, as well as benefits including a quarterly bonus, 401K, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industries (Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Restaurant management a plus).
